PUT and PATCH methods will allow Call Tracking partners to update call details by replacing (PUT), or modifying (PATCH), an existing call detail record. Call Tracking partners will be able to add additional information (recordingHref, transcriptFull, marketingSource, etc.), after POSTing the original phone call information - resulting in better quality of service for our dealership clients.
